a Korean rice bowl with beef and vegetables.

Ingredients:

3 cups short grain rice

8 ounces beef,rib eye or sirloin ( substitute shiitake mushrooms for vegetables dish )

2 cups boiled gosari* (fern brake)

16 ounce soybean sprout,( or mug bean sprout )
